On Custom products we work on case to case need basis and with our experience of over 3 decades we have no issues here.

Bomcrewmall Product are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your purchase product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and it must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns that meet these requirements are entitled to either an exchange or credit note.

Damages/Faulty Issues

In the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, please write to us immediately at info@bomcrewmall.com. We request you to please report such incidents within 48 hours of receipt. We will not be liable for any damage to jewellery that is communicated to us after the said period has lapsed.

Bomcrewmall will be responsible to repair/replace any item that has been received damaged/faulty but please inform such incidents within 48 hours of receipt.

Non – Returnable Exceptions :
