FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer FREE worldwide shipping for orders totaling US $249 or more.

For all deliveries to the U.S., BomCrewMall ships under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. Thismeans all U.S. import duties and tariffs are included in the product price. You will not be chargedanything extra by customs upon delivery.

General Shipping & Handling

  • All packages are usually dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to get ready—please confirm before placing the order if there's a time constraint.

  • Packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or registered Speed Post, depending on your location.

  • All shipments include tracking and are delivered without signature, unless specified.

  • Shipping charges include handling, packaging, and postage fees. While handling fees are fixed, shipping charges vary based on the total weight of your order.

  • All packages are amply sized and products are well-protected.

USA Shipping Specifics

  • We offer highly competitive rates for shipments to the Lower 48 United States.

  • No customs or import duty applies on shipments to the USA.

  • All packages are door delivered, like a domestic shipment.

  • Please allow 8 to 12 working days for delivery.

Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are dispatched within 15 working days or as per the promised delivery date during order confirmation.

  • BomCrewMall and Rodeo Drive commit to handing over shipments to courier services within 15 working days.

  • We are not responsible for courier or postal delays beyond this point.

  • All deliveries will be made to the registered address unless specified otherwise during the order.

❗ Important: If you provide an incorrect address or PIN code, any courier charges due to non-delivery or address issues will be borne by the buyer.

Shipping Charges & Weight Calculations

  • Delivery charges are based on total product weight.

  • For multiple items in the same category, the combined weight determines the final delivery fee.

  • Minimum weight considered is 500g for both domestic and international shipping.

  • These charges are automatically calculated and added at checkout.

Returns & Adjustments

  • Custom-made orders cannot be returned.

  • For ready-to-ship items, the amount can be adjusted as credit for future purchases.

  • Please do not return products to India, as incoming shipments are subject to high import duties.

Warranty Policy

  • All our products carry a 1-year warranty against hardware-related defects.

  • Daily wear and tear is not covered.

  • We offer repair services even for products not purchased from us, but we prioritize those made by us.
