Is this a FedEx program?

No. It is a BomCrewMall payment arrangement for FedEx pilots. Your allowance and payroll deduction follow FedEx's own rules.

What if I use my 2027 allowance somewhere else first?

The $200 is still due. Pay the January link with your personal credit card instead.
