Refund & Return Policy

Our products are built on trust, care, and quality. We stand behind everything we make and want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase.

Standard Products: 15-Day Returns For standard (non-customised) products, you may return your item within 15 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

EU and EEA Customers: Statutory Right of Withdrawal If you are a customer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Customised, Monogrammed, and Made-to-Order Products: Exemption Returns do not apply to products that have been personalised or made to your specifications. This includes any item where a monogram, custom text, or personalisation option was selected at the time of purchase (for example, monogrammed bags or custom-tailored shirts). These items are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

Faulty or Defective Items If any item, including a customised one, arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us immediately and we will make it right. All our products comply with EU Directive 2019/771/EU on the conformity of goods. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes above.
