Welcome to BomCrewMall. By browsing or buying from www.bomcrewmall.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy.

Who we are
BomCrewMall has been making pilot uniforms and crew gear since 1991. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean BomCrewMall. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

The website
The content on this site is for your general information and may change without notice. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail, description, or price is free of error, and we are not liable for any such error to the extent the law allows. The design, layout, text, and graphics on this site belong to us or are licensed to us, and may not be copied or reproduced except as allowed by law.

Products and orders
Most of our items are made to order, and some are made to your own measurements. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and small natural variation in leather and fabric is normal, not a fault. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and confirm your ship date. If we cannot fulfil an order, or if a price or listing is clearly wrong, we may decline or cancel it and refund you in full.

Made-to-measure items
Items made to your measurements are made only for you and cannot be resold, so please give your measurements carefully. How returns and faults are handled is set out in our Refund and Return Policy.

Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal, processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Cancellation
You can cancel an order before we begin making it, and we will refund you in full. Once a made-to-order or made-to-measure item has been cut or started, it can no longer be cancelled, because it is being made specifically for you. If you need to change or cancel an order, email info@bomcrewmall.com as soon as possible and we will do what we can.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
How we ship, our timing, duties, returns, and refunds are all set out in our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Warranty and liability
We stand behind our workmanship. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided without other warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Our site may link to other websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies.
