Can I mix sleeve lengths across my 3 shirts?+
Yes. Your 3-shirt allowance can be any combination of short sleeve, long sleeve, or open collar, in men's or women's fit.
What happens if I try to add a 4th shirt?+
PEGJETPILOT is capped at 3 shirts per pilot. If your cart goes over the limit, the code will only discount your first 3 eligible items — the rest will be charged at full price.
Do I need to submit an employee ID?+
No. The PEGJETPILOT code is your only verification. Enter it at checkout and your order is confirmed as part of the crew program.
How are these shirts tailored to my size?+
Each style is made to measure. Select your size at checkout, or use our fit guide if you're unsure — every shirt is cut and sewn to order.
How long until my shirts arrive?+
Tailored shirts are cut after your order is placed. You'll receive tracking details once production begins.
