Shipping & Delivery

We have been making pilot uniforms and crew gear since 1991, and every order ships direct from our own workshop. We handle each one ourselves, from cutting to dispatch.

Where we ship We ship worldwide. Orders to the United States usually travel by FedEx express, with tracking on every shipment. Other courier and economy options are available for larger or less time-sensitive orders, just ask.

Free shipping Shipping is free worldwide on all orders over $249. This includes the B737 EFB Vetrano Pilot Bag.

Timing Most of our items are made to your order, so timing depends on what you buy:

Uniforms: about 2 weeks to make, plus about 1 week to ship. Around 3 weeks in total. Bags and accessories: about 1 week to make, plus about 1 week to ship. Around 2 weeks in total. B737 EFB Vetrano Pilot Bag: dispatched within 5 working days, and about 7 days to reach you after it ships. Leather jackets: about 2 to 3 weeks to make, plus about 1 week to ship. Around 3 to 4 weeks in total.

Public holidays and events outside our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or wider global disruptions, can add a little time. When we confirm your order we confirm the ship date along with it, so you always know where things stand. If you are working to a firm deadline, a class date, a new base, or a start date, tell us before you order and we will give you a straight answer on whether we can meet it.

Tracking You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If it has not arrived when you expected it, email info@bomcrewmall.com and we will send it right over.

Delivery address We ship to the address you give us at checkout, so please check it carefully. If an address is incomplete or incorrect and the carrier charges for correction, redelivery, or return, that cost may be passed on to you.

Duties and import taxes Orders to the United States are delivered duty paid. Any US import duties or taxes are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders outside the United States, any import duties or local taxes are set by your own country and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have a question about duties before you order, just ask.

If something goes wrong If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact info@bomcrewmall.com as soon as you can and no later than 7 days after tracking shows it delivered. Send a photo if there is visible damage and we will sort it out.
